Goose Spring

One of the three famous springs in Southwest China! Jade-like waters nestled in the idyllic scenery, ancient bridge reflections connecting the peaks, and fishing boats singing in the sunset glow – the pure and poetic heart of the picturesque Jingxi landscape.

Goose Spring (鹅泉) is located in Jingxi City and has been one of the Eight Scenic Wonders of Jingxi since ancient times. Here, you can experience lush mountains and clear waters, pavilions and towers, and rustic countryside scenery. The legend of "Goose Spring Carp Leaping Three Waves" and the ancient stone carving "Lingquan Evening Glow (灵泉晚照)" bestowed by the Ming Dynasty emperor add a charming atmosphere to this place.

After entering the scenic area gate, walk along the riverbank with towering peaks on one side and flat farmland on the other. Goose Spring (鹅泉) is like a bright mirror, reflecting the beautiful scenery on both banks, captivating the heart. Further ahead, you'll see a 15-arch bridge built in the Qing Dynasty, exuding ancient charm. Bamboo rafts occasionally pass through, which is also one of the highlights of Goose Spring (鹅泉). The village connected to this bridge is called Nian'an Village (念安屯), where you can experience the original ecological rural life, such as washing clothes by the spring, herding ducks, and releasing water buffalo. Returning from the ancient village and climbing to the pavilion on the hillside, you can overlook the green mountains and clear waters, stone bridges and verdant bamboo, farmland and dwellings, forming a beautiful picture that makes people linger.
