• The Guangxi Museum of Nationalities is located in Qingxiu District, adjacent to Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area. It displays a complete collection of bronze drums, including the bronze drum "Leiwen Big Bronze Drum". There is also the Colorful Bagui Exhibition, where you can see a variety of ethnic costumes and daily necessities, showcasing the characteristics of various ethnic groups in Guangxi.
• The Guangxi Museum of Nationalities is a bit far from the city center, but if you originally planned to visit Qingxiu Mountain, you may want to spend a day to visit together. The Museum of Nationalities is a popular museum in Nanning. After visiting Qingxiu Mountain in the morning, you can come to the Museum of Nationalities. Admission is free with your ID card, but lighters are not allowed.
• The Museum of Nationalities is divided into three floors and five exhibition areas. The exhibition hall actually starts on the second floor. The first floor is mainly the visitor service center, baggage storage, and office area. When you enter the second floor, you can see the focus of the Museum of Nationalities - the Bronze Drum Culture Exhibition Hall, which has a variety of bronze drums on display. The most stunning thing in the exhibition hall is the Leiwen Big Bronze Drum (Collection No. 101) with a diameter of 165 cm. In addition, the souvenir shop and library are also on the second floor.
• The Colorful Bagui Exhibition is another key display of the Museum of Nationalities, occupying the entire third floor, namely the central Colorful Bagui Preface Hall and the Harmony Movement Exhibition Hall, Ingenious Charm Exhibition Hall, Homeland Exhibition Hall and Rainbow Feather Dress Exhibition Hall on the left and right. The so-called "Bagui" refers to Guangxi. The Colorful Bagui Exhibition has physical displays of 12 ethnic groups (including the Han nationality) in Guangxi, covering clothing, life, festivals, handicrafts and other aspects.
• In addition, there is an open-air exhibition hall outside the venue with some miniature ethnic buildings, which are also very interesting and suitable for taking pictures. Some local Nanning wedding photography shops will come here specifically to take wedding photos.
