• Horseback riding tours are only available when weather conditions are favorable. In the event of heavy rain or inclement weather causing a cancellation, you may choose an alternative tour or receive a full refund. We will contact you by email regarding these arrangements.
• The Chinese-speaking guide for the horseback riding experience will provide video explanations in Chinese and translation when mounting the horse. The experience will be led in English by the staff. If you need a guide to accompany you on the ride, you must select the guided ride option.
• The scenery of the grassland varies with the seasons. The following can be used as a reference: black after burning in March, new buds in April, lush green from mid-May to summer, and golden grassland and snow-capped mountains in autumn and winter.
• This tour requires a minimum of two people to operate. Tours are not combined, and only one group of travelers is accommodated. (If you wish to participate alone, you will need to pay for two people).
• You will receive a pre-departure notice two days before your departure date.
