• Without reducing the number of attractions, the tour guide may adjust the order of visits according to actual conditions such as weather and traffic, with the consent of the guests.
• [Child Seating] According to the new traffic law, tourism vehicles are not allowed to be overloaded. Violations will result in a deduction of 6 points and a fine of 20,000 to 50,000 RMB. Therefore, all children traveling with tour groups must occupy a seat. There is no free policy for children.
• [Upgrade Meal] Upgrade to include meals for an additional ¥30/person (payable directly to the tour guide). Meals are served family-style, ten people per table, eight dishes and one soup. If there are fewer than 10 people on a given day, the tour guide will refund the meal fee.
• [Upgrade Pick-up Service] You can add a fee to upgrade the pick-up service: Pick-up within the Fourth Ring Road + 30 yuan/person. If you need to provide pick-up service, please note the exact pick-up location, traveler's name and phone number in the order. The staff will contact you for confirmation the day before departure before 10 PM. Please keep your mobile phone clear. Traffic in Beijing is congested, and it usually takes 1-2 hours to arrange the departure in advance. The actual notice from the driver shall prevail. If you arrive at the meeting point in advance, please rest nearby and wait patiently. This service does not promise exclusive use of a private car. Please forgive us if you need to wait for each other. The deadline for pick-up and drop-off service orders is 9 PM one day in advance. For orders after 9 PM, you need to go to the pick-up location by yourself.
