Probably one of the best Mt. Fuji tours I have been in so far (I've done 2 others). The weather was great, there was still some cherry blossoms, and we got a clear view of Mt. Fuji all day. The guide was super nice too. My sim card stopped working so I only had my e-mail to rely on for pickup information so even though we were 15 minutes early, I couldn't find him until we were 10 minutes late! Email written information was correct about the pick up spot and car, but the pictures included with it was not so I kept looking for a Gogoday yellow flag. I did ask some drivers in the vans except the one that was my actual tour guide. 😂 All in all, I'm glad I found him and that everything worked out well. :) My partner also loved the Suntory museum/tour.

We had Zhao Ruyan as our Driver/Guide. We were originally booked to do the Suntory Hakushu Distillery tour but the Distillery cancelled our booking… None the less this tour was great for what it was. Great for taking those photos around the Fuji that’s popular… Especially Fuji itself! Zhao is very friendly, knowledgable & a great driver! Anyone who gets Zhao as their driver would be very fortunate. :)

We booked the Hakushu day trip for December 6th, and were only informed 7 hours before the meeting time on December 6th that the main itinerary (Hakushu Distillery) was not booked. We were told to book it ourselves at that time, but how are we supposed to book it at 1 AM local time? It wrote "confirmed" even though we couldn't go. If it was due to weather, that's one thing, but this is clearly a human error. I think this is not just a mislabeling, but even constitutes fraud. You ruined the most important part of my entire trip, and only gave a refund without any concern or compensation. Please do not purchase this tour, and I hope there won't be another victim.
