Milford Sound Cruise and Kayak

Tour was great. Had a fantastic time and tour guide was informative and views were phenomenal. highly recommend this.

The reason why the rating is so bad has nothing to do with the cruise ship shops in Milford Sound. The main reason is that Klook is very bad. I completed the order on 2024/08/07, and the trip time was 2024/11/12. I suddenly received a partial refund notice on 2024/11/06, but the reason for the partial refund was not disclosed in the email until the day of the trip. The underwater observatory sank, so the kayaking experience was also unavailable. However, Klook did not give the customer a chance to choose, and directly adjusted the order to a cruise + picnic on board. If the cruise on the Southern Discovery official website is just 159NZD (about 3180 NTD), the cruise + picnic meal is 198NZD (about 3960 NTD). The original order After the refund, I still paid 4344 NTD... 1. If I had known that there would be no kayaking experience, I would not have chosen the itinerary that included meals. But Klook didn’t give me a chance to make a choice. Fulfill the duty of disclosure for good reasons. And in order to participate in the kayaking experience, I need to buy more hours at the pre-pay parking lot at Milford Sound. 2. The refund amount seems wrong and may include some handling fees.

It is suitable for families and children to travel together. The scenery of the fjord is very spectacular and the included lunch is also delicious. I recommend it to everyone who travels to New Zealand.

We had a great experience on Milford Sound Cruise and Kayak. It was a beautiful sunny day. The scenary was stunning. The entire operation was very smooth.

Have wonderful weather for kayaking especially for newbie. Nice waterfall, will be better if there is little rain. If you want see any pengiun, the season around July-January.

The Underwater Observatory was fantastic. The kayaking was excellent, although a couple of beginners in my group meant we didn't cover much distance. The main boat cruise was following some dry weather so not full of waterfalls (still several). The boat is naturally and unfortunately a little busy & therefore touristy in feel ... but I am, after all, also a tourist. All in all a great day! Recommend the combo experience, the cruise alone isn't enough!
