Luggage Information
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
- Each passenger may only bring 2 standard-size suitcases and 1 small carry-on due to the limited luggage space on the vehicle. No single bag may weigh more than 27kg (60lbs)
- If you will be bringing special luggage or odd-shaped baggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc., it is highly recommended that you book a private transfer
- Likewise, a private transfer will be required for passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of private ride service and net rate of Klook issuing voucher

- Children aged 0-5 must be secured in a child safety seat. Please bring one as it is the parent's or caregiver's responsibility

The driver was good and entertaining. Please keep two printout copies of your ticket. Follow the instruction on your voucher. While going back to the airport call them 24 hrs in advance for exact time of pickup.

We were very lucky as the airport was in a sort of lock down as The Preseident and Vice President were in town and the shuttle bus couldn´t come in to the airport so we ended up being taken in a white limousine all for the same price. Fabulous experience!
Very convenience as we stay at the Strip of Las Vegas as Our hotel is a fixed stop point of the shuttle. The drivers are friendly and helpful in handling baggage. Booking of the return transfer to the airport is efficient and the shuttle buses are well maintained. We are happy with the service.

A cheaper mode of drop off but takes more time as there is a bus route to follow. The bus was comfortable and the Driver helps with luggages. Tips are recommended.
klook should have mentioned this is NOT a 24hr service pickup from airport. service could have been better from the local operator ..... pickup was late 40mins but the phone operator updated me well one day before efficient ly checking and calling to ensure i was well informed .. but driver was late
Not as frequent late at night Had to wait for 1.5 hours for one shuttle ride - waste of time
