Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon & Banff Town Day Tour

I had a wonderful time with this tour. Our tour guide/driver, Curtis was also great and very positive. We had a perfect weather during our tour and luckily on time at each destination. My only suggestion is to add more time for the Jonhston Canyon. One hour is not enough to hike/walk to the Upper Falls. Nevertheless, I can recommend this tour!

Dorothy from Banff Journey sent me an email a day before the tour, informing me that they were canceling the Johnston Canyon tour due to insufficient tourists. Instead, they offered an alternate tour, replacing Johnston Canyon with visits to Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge. The revised itinerary included stops at Lake Louise (1 hour), Moraine Lake (1 hour), Lake Louise Ski Resort (1 hr/ Lunch), Emerald Lake (30 mins), and Natural Bridge (15 mins). Our guide, Tom, was friendly and provided brief descriptions of the places we visited. Additionally, there was a mandatory $12/person tip.

Great tour and tour guide. William was great at keeping the tour engaged and also had some snacks and water for us to enjoy. He also helped us take some pictures as well! He was very mindful of washroom breaks for some of the group that needed it. Although there were quite a few engine issues with the bus and it did delay us quite a bit (might be a one off), William did what he could to bring us to as many spots as he could and keep us in the loop with what was going on. As I am a bit younger, I tried to power walk through the sights so I can see more, but not everyone is capable of that though so understandably some people’s time got cut short. Don’t think the mechanical issue was something that he could control on his own, so my review is strictly based on the experience of everything unrelated to the bus issues. Things like these help add on to the adventure right? ;) Would recommend!

This is our second visit to Banff, and we enjoyed it even more this time. Our guide Tony was very accommodating and patiently waited for the missing members of our tour. He was very informative and offered tips on the best places to take pictures. We will definitely come back and will choose him again. See you soon Tony! You have cool job! 🌟

The itinerary was well-paced, not too rushed, allowing us ample time to admire Lake Louise and the magnificent surrounding Rocky Mountains. Our guide was professional and enthusiastic, providing detailed information about the local history and natural landscapes, and also very attentive to the needs of the group, making the entire journey relaxing and enjoyable. Transportation was smooth, the vehicle was comfortable, and the scenery along the way was breathtaking. Whether it's your first visit or a return trip to Banff National Park, this tour is definitely worth taking. Thank you to the team for an unforgettable travel experience; I will absolutely recommend it to friends and family!

Best decision ever!! So my son and I, native Calgarians, decided to go to the mountains just before school opened, and since I was too lazy to drive, too stressed about where to park, annoyed at the inconvenience of booking a tour bus shuttle to get to the lakes, getting this Klook experience simply was worth it! All we did was sit on the shuttle that we met up at downtown Calgary, hopped on/off at Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Banff town and Bow Falls where we were given an hour at each site to take photos and just enjoy the view! We were also given an hour to have lunch and time to go around the town of Banff. It was the perfect stress free day which was even made more enjoyable by our ever knowing and competent guide, Dominic! Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼!

The day tour to Banff was awesome. Thanks to our experienced and friendly tour guide, Dicky. We had a great time to explore the beautiful sceneries and take lots of gorgeous photos. The iternery was well planned. Overall, this tour is value for money.

It was a fantastic experience even for a solo traveller like me. Chris was an excellent guide. Very small group which was awesome. We covered a lot, even those which are not in the itinerary.

Despite the peak season and the large number of tour participants, Chris took great care of all the tourists and explained the key spots to everyone. Thanks to him, I was able to take many once-in-a-lifetime photos and truly enjoy the trip. He also drove safely during transfers and parked in optimal locations at major spots, allowing us to manage our time efficiently. Thank you, Chris!
