the worst agency I’ve engaged (and I engaged 5 different agencies across my whole trip in Indon). they ran out of panaromic train tickets but left the option available on Klook. when they told me that they ran out, I told them to make it up with a good lunch (for the price difference) when compared to a normal train ticket. the difference was 400k but they only gave each of us a budget of 200k. The guide was quite clueless, and didn’t do a guide’s job. She did not introduce the areas and only replied when asked, at some point, the driver at bandung was sharing and she was a translator instead. things that we asked that she didn’t know, she was googling Infront of me.
