Unconfortable ride due to old van used and the aircon is not working well.
Punctual and the driver contacted me immediately. We travelled at night at around 9pm with one dinner stop and got to our hotel in El Nido downtown at around 2pm. The travel was smooth and fast. The driver also helped us with our luggages. It was my first time to use klook, and I’m very satisfied! Thank you sir Mariel!
The driver was prompt and picked us up on time. We were travelling in a group of 5, the van could easily fit another 4-5 persons, and it was a very comfortable ride.
The vendor's location can be quite difficult to find as it's outside the PPS airport, but all was well after we found the driver and the van.
It was just short ride from the airport to my hotel but the driver arrived on time and the van was spacious and clean.
