At fist the verbal communications was a little poor but that soon changed as we made sure we asked lots of questions. Found the onsen it was awesome and Saw great sights, morning vey clear and beautiful sights of mt Fuji. highly recommend, great price.

The weather was very bad today and we couldn’t see Mount Fuji at all. It was a pity🥲but we liked the trip very much! I bought a cute souvenir at the store in Lake Kawaguchi♥️The tour guide Mr. Wang Liu Bin is very kind! Today is my companion’s birthday, and the tour guide was very considerate and bought a small cake, and everyone sang happy birthday together~🎵We checked the brands we wanted to shop in advance, and we were able to buy all the products we wanted to buy at the Outlet🛍️very happy! There are always some regrets when traveling. You must come back next time to see the magnificence of Mount Fuji with your own eyes.ᐟ.ᐟ.ᐟ

The scenery is picturesque, and there is enough time to visit each scenic spot. The tour guide is very attentive, answers all questions, and is sincere and polite. I will definitely participate again next time I have the opportunity.

The driver was very nice and gave us enough time to explore. Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji, the weather was very good and overall the experience was good.

Point to point drop-off. The 30mins at watch shop for picture of mt fuji is quite overrated. Can be quite rushed if you want to spend more time at each place. Driver is professional and Chinese speaking with limited spoken English.

This is the first time I leave a comment because I feel so bad. On this day from 8 am to 6 pm, only about one and a half hours out of ten hours were spent taking photos at scenic spots and walking around to see the scenery. The rest of the time was spent in traffic jams. There was no time to eat all day long. I only bought bread at a convenience store on the road and had ice cream at Oishi Park. And you were not allowed to eat or drink in the car. We didn’t have time to go to Arakurayama Sengen Park at the beginning and Gotemba Outlet at the end. Because the driver couldn’t work overtime, he asked us to sign a paper and we agreed to give up the attractions we didn’t go to. The tour guide, Ms. Wang, was very cute, but she didn’t bother to read the manuscript. There were foreigners in the group who couldn’t understand Chinese, but because most of the group members knew Chinese, they spoke in Chinese almost the whole time, and they didn’t speak English very well. Feeling ignored by others. I mainly wanted to go to the hot springs when I joined this group, but ended up not being able to go. I only experienced half of the entire trip and wasted a day.
