Q: Can I just buy a Peppa Partner Pass to enter the exhibition? A: This exhibition has different interactive elements that require the treasure detector included in the ticket to conduct the exhibition process. Each group of visitors must purchase at least one set of treasure detectors, and it is recommended that each group has 4 people and no more than 6 people to ensure a smooth event experience.

Q: When can I enter the exhibition? A: The exhibition period of “Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt” is from June 28 (Friday) to July 1 (Sunday), 2024. Together with the 4 additional weekend sessions in September. Daily activity start time: Monday to Friday: 11:00 - 20:30 (last admission time: 19:30); Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 11:00 - 21:00 (last entry time for spectators: 20:00).

Q: Where is the exhibition located? A: The exhibition location is located on the 4th floor of iSQUARE International Plaza, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong (No. 63 Nathan Road)

Q: Is there an age limit for the exhibition? A: There is no age limit for the exhibition content, but because there will be various audio and video effects in the exhibition, it is recommended that children under 12 years old be accompanied by their parents.

Q: Do children need to buy tickets to enter? A: Children need to purchase tickets to enter this event.

Q: Is there a ticket counter on site? A: There are automatic ticket vending machines on site for those who have not purchased tickets. All official online ticket purchasing platforms also operate 24 hours a day.

Q: How to purchase tickets? A: This event only has online ticket purchasing and on-site ticket vending machines. Currently, the only official online ticket purchasing platforms are Klook and other officially recognized ticket purchasing platforms. Please do not purchase tickets on platforms other than those mentioned above. If you have any questions about ticketing, you can email to the relevant platform for inquiries.

Q: Tickets are only accepted for a single visit? A: Yes, each ticket can only be entered once. If you want to re-enter for any reason, you must purchase a separate ticket.

Q: Where can I redeem package products? A: Redeem in the exhibition merchandise store area, and a valid QR code must be verified when redeeming.

Q: If I fail to enter the venue as scheduled after purchasing a ticket, can I apply for a refund? A: No, you can only change the playing date once. If you want to re-enter for any reason, you must purchase a separate ticket.

Q: If I am unable to enter the venue due to bad weather (such as a black rainstorm warning or gale signal No. 8 or above) on the day I purchased the ticket, can I apply for a refund? A: No, only the entry date can be changed. If the ticket purchase date falls on the last day of the exhibition, it will be arranged separately.

Terms and Conditions

• The recommended visiting time is 70 minutes.
• Only a maximum of 120 people can enter the "Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Parent-Child Interactive Exhibition" every thirty minutes.
• Due to experience and safety considerations, this exhibition is not recommended for infants under 2 years old.
• Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the exhibition venue.
• For customers who purchase Package Set and Premium Family Set, all participants need to enter the exhibition at the same time.
• Visitors should not stay in a single area for a long time to avoid crowd gathering.
• This exhibition has a baby stroller storage area. Please ask the on-site staff for details. No storage service will be provided for other items that are not included. Please do not bring any food, drinks, long straight umbrellas, large backpacks, suitcases, bicycles, skateboards, selfie sticks, baby strollers, dangerous or explosive items or other small means of transportation into the venue.
• For the safety of you and other visitors, please do not bring sharp-edged and/or harmful objects into the venue.
• For the safety of you and other visitors, please do not run, climb or do any dangerous actions in the venue.
• To ensure the safety of visitors, please follow the instructions of venue staff. Please do not touch the three-dimensional sculptures in the exhibition and do not lean on the walls in the exhibition.
• Light and shadow projection effects and sound effects will be installed in the exhibition venue. Visitors must ensure that their health conditions are suitable for entering the exhibition venue. If you feel unwell during your visit, please notify on-site staff for assistance.
• You should take care of your personal belongings in the venue. Always act within your capabilities.
• The organizer does not assume any responsibility for personal belongings lost at the venue and/or personal injuries caused by actions during filming.
• You agree that videos recorded at the venue, including your portrait, may be selected by the organizer for internal promotion and/or external publicity purposes.
• If any person, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, attempts to harass others in the venue and/or refuses to abide by these rules and regulations, venue staff have the right to ask the violator to leave the "Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Family Interactive Exhibition" .
• If the "Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Parent-Child Interactive Exhibition" must be temporarily closed due to weather, safety, maintenance or other reasons, the organizer reserves the right to close the exhibition immediately without further notice.
• In case of any dispute, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
• When visiting, please follow the queue lines and staff instructions. When there are large crowds, control will be implemented. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait in line to enter the venue.
• In order to maintain the safety of the exhibition venue, it is strictly prohibited to run, play, damage scenes or on-site equipment, and attack staff in the exhibition area. If any damage occurs, compensation will be paid according to the price. If there is any inappropriate behavior and the advice fails, the organizer has the right to ask the participant to leave the venue without any objection and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
