- Children aged 5+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

- Pets are not allowed on board
- This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Please note that there are no child seats available on board
- Terravision will not be liable for any delays and other circumstances beyond its control, such as heavy traffic or traffic accidents
- Please choose a schedule that allows you to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight. This will provide you time for check in and all formalities related to the flight
- In case of flight delays, bus tickets for a specific time schedule will be accepted for succeeding bus schedules
