Tickets must be redeemed at the tourist center, which is not too close to the church. I thought it was a guided tour, but it turned out to be just a book and an app to download online guides.
The ticket office was easy to locate and once we checked in off to the VR experience we went. The basilica was beautiful and the guide was very helpful in getting us to the location.
A beautiful attraction that is worth every penny, a must see for first timers in Venice. The entrance to St Mark was seemless, just simply show the staff your QR code.

Led by a professional guide, you can enter without queuing. Personally, I think the ticket price is a bit expensive because the church is not large; you can basically see it all in fifteen minutes.

Before booking this tour, I was wondering if just a priority ticket to enter St. Mark's Basilica would be enough, but the VR tour that I experienced before entering was also interesting, as it explained the history of Venice by era.
skip the line ticket is awesome. instructions in the voucher is very clear. nice experience
collecting ticket was fuss free and easy! but do note that is just the entry to basilica and you need to pay more to go in further to certain parts of the basilica such as museums.
