Please be aware that there is construction next to the hotel, and noise will start at 8 AM due to demolition and excavation. Service: Acceptable. We arrived to check in around 5 PM, and the hotel said the room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait at least two more hours! This doesn't make much sense! We were already tired and hot from the day, and the staff didn't seem very friendly. Hotel Location: A few minutes' walk from the University Town subway station. It's also a short taxi ride to the Shenzhen Zoo, making transportation convenient. There's a shopping mall - Yitian Holiday Plaza - about an 8-10 minute walk diagonally across from the hotel, and there are also restaurants and convenience stores around the mall. Breakfast: Many choices, plentiful and tasty.
