overall trip itenary, guide and service are good, but the most disappointing part is to find the correct meeting point. our trip start at 10.30am and we wait at cruise terminal at 9.50am. we spent 40 minutes to find the bus parking place. why? cos their bus is not allowed to park direct in front of cruise terminal, no signage or staff there to guide you to correct meeting point. the meeting point shown in map also lead to wrong place, contact number is not active. in the end we have to ask other company bus driver to find the meeting point. 😤

I do not recommend this tour. It's a whirlwind trip, with most of the time spent on the bus. The stop at each attraction is extremely short, usually around 20 minutes. You have to turn back after walking for ten minutes from the parking lot, so there's no chance to see the puffins. Iceland is a country where tipping is not customary, but the guide asked for tips, using the phrase, "We welcome tips, but you don't have to give one." This tour is significantly worse than the Golden Circle tour and offers extremely poor value for money.

We were scheduled to join the Lake Myvatn tour departing at 10:00 AM on June 7th. However, we were only notified of the cancellation at 5:19 PM on May 7th. This is extremely disappointing. Our calls went unanswered, and we received no response from Klopp staff. We are very disappointed. Regarding the refund, please let us know as soon as possible when we can expect to receive all paid amounts. Please reply and process this promptly.
