Madrid: Reina Sofia and Prado Museum

Our guide, Eva, is very knowledgeable. She could provide lots of information of the museums and the history of the artists’ and paintings. We have learned a lot. Eva took extra time to guide us on the most important paintings in the museums. Eva is funny and clear of all instructions. it would be good if we could have the information on meeting point earlier. I had to contact the Klook customer servicemyself a day before the tour to find out the meeting point but due to different time zone, I did not get the information during my mid night and it was not clear. I had to contact the travel agency myself to check where to meet.

i highly enjoyed the tour so much, the guide was very informative and enthusiatic, value for money 5/5

the itinerary schedule is wrong. it ends at least by 2pm not 12:45. we had to miss a very good restaurant reservation because of this miscomm.
