Unfortunately I was unable to participate because there was an error in the booking system. Therefore I am not rating the company, but only the service of the diving center. They made a lot of effort to help me with my refund and did so over several days. They were very friendly.
Since there was no same-day pickup, I contacted the company directly and they told me that the season was already over. The company said that they had already notified Klook of the cancellation, but Klook did not process the cancellation even after I contacted customer service. In the end, the cancellation was processed, but they said that they would compensate for the schedule that was ruined that day with a coupon or points, but there was nothing. It seems that the company did not do anything wrong, and I am very disappointed with Klook's handling.
