Seafood Buffet at LOTTE Hotel Saigon

Worth every penny, the food selection is massive. If you love sweets, the desserts are so good. Must try if you are in Saigon. Refills of food is fast.

During my stay in Ho Chi Minh City, I was looking forward to the seafood buffet at the LOTTE Hotel, and it was a great decision! The first thing that catches your eye is the abundance of fresh lobster, oysters, crab, shrimp...the variety is simply amazing. A seafood lover's paradise! Beautifully arranged on ice, the presentation alone is luxurious. There's also a grilled seafood section with freshly cooked items and a sauce selection corner where you can customize to your liking, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. Beyond seafood, there's a wide selection of sushi, meat dishes, and desserts. The desserts, in particular, were an exquisite combination of Vietnamese tropical fruits and Western pastries, making for a satisfying end to the meal. The staff service was also excellent. They provided timely explanations of the dishes and cleared plates efficiently, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was calm and sophisticated, and dining while overlooking the night view added a special touch. I highly recommend this buffet for anyone looking for a slightly luxurious dining experience in Ho Chi Minh City. It's a great value for the price and a perfect way to create lasting memories of your trip!

It's very delicious. You have to order the lobster from the waiter. There are small king crab legs. By the way, don’t eat like crazy at the beginning, you have to wait for a while after ordering lobster.

We accidentally ordered lunch, but we wrote to the hotel's restaurant and they helped us change it to dinner. We were very happy. We just had to top up the money. The service was great. It was really great to eat all you can eat lobster and crab. However, they will help with the delivery of the food. I was a little uncomfortable with the grilled oysters, steamed clams, baked lobster, etc., and almost ate them raw. Hahaha. I recommend everyone to come and try it.

This truly is a seafood paradise. So many different crustacean and shelled creature varieties and the staff are very attentive! As I was filling my plate with clams, abalone, oysters, etc, a staff member asked me if I'd like these to be steamed or grilled and which sauces I'd like. Then they delivered the freshly cooked seafood to my table. So many other food options and a plethora of desserts. The freshly cooked pasta and the bread areas were a nice touch. The price is a little high for Vietnam, but well worth it with the amount of good quality seafood available.

Here you can taste Korean kimchi and fresh kimchi in a variety of food menus. There are also Vietnamese rice noodles, Korean fusion food, and various raw fish dishes such as salmon sashimi and seafood. The kindness and service are like a 5-star hotel itself. I highly recommend you try this place.

The seafood is very fresh, the lobster is very sincere, and the shrimp is yellow! There are a variety of seafood and different cooking methods to choose from - fresh oysters are big! The food is delicious and there are many kinds. There are many kinds of raw fish, steamed shellfish, beef, pork, pizza, etc. It is a restaurant with good taste, cleanliness, and class. It is like a 5-star hotel itself. I highly recommend it.

wonderful! fresh oysters and a large selection on desserts! the sashimi option could have been wider but for the price I really have no complaint !
