Hotel is right in the heart of Susukino. Room was very clean and spacious for a solo traveler. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Really close to a train station and many attractions in Susukino. Would stay at again on my next visit to Sapporo.

Too noisy. You go to a hotel to relax and sleep well. Woken up both mornings by the sound of furniture screeching across the floor, at 7am or earlier. Not good. And I had paid for a superior room. Annoyed

Have stayed in a couple of Sotetsu Fresa Inn's in Japan so knew what to expect. This was no different, friendly and helpful staff at check-in and a very clean and comfortable room, the bed especially so (which also had a soft pillow!). An easy 20 minute walk from Sapporo station.

Location is good, there is a train station right in front. Walking distance to nearby eateries or shops. Room is small but i guess it is typical for Japan.
