The hotel is close to Susukino Station (exit 4), airport bus, tour bus, convenience stores & restaurants. Breakfast was really good. The only problem we have during our stay was the AC. It’s hot in our room.

This hotel locates in the heart of Susukino. It is less than 3 minute walk to Susukino subway station and Cocono Susukino, a shopping complex with a supermarket in the basement. The breakfast buffet offers many good selections with Hokkaido ingredients. The soft serve ice cream was excellent.

Old hotel, management response very slow for requests. Toilet was not very clean. Wallpaper has stain on it. Front reception service was okay. Convenient location.
