We had a very pleasant stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist, creating a positive first impression that continued throughout our visit. The room was on the smaller side, which is not unusual for Tokyo, but it was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was in good condition and housekeeping did an excellent job. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a good variety of options and was attractively presented, making for an enjoyable start to each day. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and well-managed experience, and I would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Tokyo.

Friendly staff, spacious room for Tokyo hotels and value for money. Only down-side is that location is not the most convenient if the traveller is not familiar with Tokyo

Good location coming from Shinjuku green line. Just 1 min from nearest exit. Daily amenities self pick up from lobby! Good quality amenities DHC products and bath salts for those wirh bath tub. Room ceiling dusty due to false ceiling. Room has odd shape which makes the utlisation of space awkward. Nice large bathroom with tub and excellent water pressure and temperature.
