Booked room for 4, but only had enough space for 3 people (and barely that). We had to get a second room. Other than that added expense, everything was great, with a convenient location and very good breakfast and coffee bar.

Traveling as a family with 2 kids, we chose this hotel for the end of our stay because of the laundry and the direct connection to Tokyo and the airport. We had a great sky tree view room, enjoyed breakfast daily and appreciated being close to Asakusa. Staff were helpful with transit questions and went above and beyond when we thought we’d potentially left something in the room after checkout. They even let us check the cleaned room to confirm.

This is a fantastic spot for a family of four. I especially enjoy the amenities bar, which offers complimentary drinks from 10am to 9am. The cafe latte is a personal favorite. The location is conveniently close to Inskytree and Solamachi Mall, ensuring easy access without the chaos of busy tourist areas, making it a peaceful retreat.

We had a comfortable couple of days- Room had a decent view of the Tokyo Skytree but the view from the terrace was superb! Highly recommend and we would definitely want to stay again! Staff were very courteous and friendly- instructions were clear and easy to follow in both English and Japanese. Laundry room had 5 machines in the laundry room and you can even monitor the progress or check if it's occupied from the TV in your room. The access to the Oshiage Station entrance was pretty convenient though do plan ahead if you are carrying any luggage and look for elevators!

Great location perfect to access everything - straight from Airports (both HND and NRT), shopping mall & big urban supermarket! The hotel is simple but perfectly clean and well functioning. I would recommend this place to anyone.
