The beach area is very clean and the free activities like kayaking and paddle boarding are the highlights of our trip. The staff are very accomodating and the free shuttle around Lio beach made our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel.

At restaurants and bar have to be careful because the menu one price and when you pay the bill … complete different price…??? and I ask why the price is different and the answer was the price go up …..? really when you choose some drinks and food you look at the price on the menu. Finally you get charged double example. One beer120 and on the bill was 230 Philippine money pesos ..?? all the drinks and food double price and surprise come after when you check out to the hotel when you have to pay the bill ..? you find out you have more drinks you can drink in one night put extra drinks on the bill and the bill was different than I signed on the restaurant ..? And I don’t have time to fight with this guys at check out to the hotel ..? if I don’t pay, I can check out to the hotel and I have my flight in two hours and I have to leave. My opinion use different restaurants around the hotel much better food and more cheaper.

All aspects of the resort are excellent, except the Wi‑Fi in our room which was unreliable and kept cutting out.

Entire staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you enjoy every moment of your stay. They even let us check out late (normally 12noon) knowing our flight to Manila was in the evening. All available water sports amenities were complementary including vest and snorkeling gear. Lifeguard is available all day and always ready to help — ie use paddle board or launch kayak. Filtered water is available all throughout the facility which is a delight given the Palawan heat. Will surely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. We had the best experience ever— better than Hawaii or Cabo— from staff to beach view and beach time including the pool and spa. Thank you Seda for a wonderful start of our retirement journey.

This place is top notch. Amazing rooms, clean, very nice staff, beautiful swim pool, great beach, good food! What else do you need. Definitely will stay here again when I visit.

10/10 hotel Service is excellent Staff is nice and always helpful Hotel is clean and very comfortable to stay in Breakfast is amazing in the morning Location is walking distance from Lio beach with a whole bunch of other restaurants. If you want to travel to town, they will set up a ride for you

Seda Lio was a complete surprise. I am glad I booked it. The location is perfect. Every evening after a long day of excursions, we spent time at the infinity pool with drinks in our hands from the bar and watched the sunset at the beach. The beach is beautiful, your own perfect slice of heaven. I'm actually glad we didn't stay in el nido because that area looked very congested and busy. Hotel staff is awesome. They were always willing to help. The tricycle was only 20 minutes ride to the town and costs just 300 each way. Food at the restaurant and the bar was excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights. I would stay here again.

Beach view and quality staff.

The resort hotel has everything you need and it honestly it is amazing resort, however it also had its share of thieves, and this is a true story. We were never told were the safe was in the room and it was very hard to find, because we didnt find it when we looked for it at check in. The luggage guy didnt show it to us. So we assumed there wasnt one. On our second day, someone went into our money bag and removed $400 US from our money. Didnt touch the pesos and they left $600 cash. The crazy thing is that I had read an article about how good they get at doing this, because they know you are looking for your dollars and you'll be long gone before you notice. Well we noticed and we reported it to the management staff. They said they would investigate, but we never heard from them again. So, all I can say is if you stay here, you MUST put your money and valuables in the safe or hide it good. There was no other place for this theft to have occurred. So we know it was housekeeping or the person who delivered my birthday cake to my room as it was delivered when we were out of the room. Again this is a true story.

Yes, Yes, this was my second time staying at this Resort, I love everything about it, your Staff are all wonderful and amazing! I love the peace and quiet of this location. I will return in the future, I will tell my family and friends to stay here when they visit the Philippines. Thanks for your hospitality and thanks to your Staff, they are very nice and friendly, I was happy to tip, thank you again.
