• Upon arrival at Lio Airport, a resort representative will meet and assist guests with their transfer to the resort.

• A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation is required upon check-in.

• A refundable security deposit of PHP 10,000 will be collected upon arrival.

• Guests arriving after 6:00 PM are encouraged to inform the resort in advance to ensure proper arrival arrangements.

• For special requests, including dietary requirements, celebrations, and transportation arrangements, please contact the resort prior to arrival. Requests are subject to availability.

• Standard Check-In time is at 1400H and Check-Out time is at 1200H. 

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon check-in.

• A refundable security deposit of PHP 10,000 will be collected upon arrival. The deposit may be settled via cash or credit card and will be refunded upon check-out, provided no incidental charges are incurred during the stay.
