We had a wonderful stay, the staff were very kind and helpful, the facilities were great, the room was clean, but a bit on the small side. We as a couple are on the smaller side, traveling light so we were comfortable, but floor and luggage space is minimal.

The hotel staff are amazing and very helpful we enjoyed our five nights there. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. It’s nice that there’s free drinks and some snacks during late afternoon until evening. We will definitely go back!

Excellent hotel in central Osaka. Clean and comfortable beds and great amenities. Only thing is bring a sleep mask! The rooms are insanely bright in the morning and if the sun wakes you up - you will be up early. Sun rose at 430am and our room was so bright we couldn’t sleep. Otherwise great hotel.
