Everything was perfect in this resort, family friendly, spacious clean room, amazing breakfast buffet(delicious Hue dishes, fruits and Western options), 3 pools (the adult pool is amazing) and very attentive staff. The kids did a fun hat painting activity. I would have loved to try their spa services but we only stayed for one night. Honestly we were sad to leave. It was the most comfortable stay so far in our trip. We will definitely book again when visiting Hue again.

Fantastic
From start to finish this was by far the best experience from a hotel we have ever had. From the check in experience with desserts, drinks & the news that we had been upgraded to a Tropical villa for our 4 nights stay. The whiole place is impeccably kept. This place was over-the-top in beauty and service. The grounds are nothing short of amazing, including the very large pool (large enough for lap swimming!) The restaurant was excellent. My wife and I each had a massage and they were wonderful. It was perfect, really!

We have travelled extensively as a couple, over many years. Pilgrimage Village Hue is one of the three best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The warmth and welcoming nature of EVERY ONE of the staff we encountered over four days was exceptional - beginning with such a wonderful warm welcome from Tram, on our arrival. Our room fronting onto the warm water swimming pool is definitely worth paying the extra for - its temperature was always ideal, and it’s so convenient for those rooms. Breakfast was such a memorable experience every morning - with the selection of foods, some area on outside covered balcony, and, again, super efficient and helpful staff. This hotel and four days we will NEVER forget! CONGRATULATIONS, and “ THANK YOU”, Pilgrimage Village Hue!

Breakfast was plentiful but not on par with local restaurants for Vietnamese food. Bar and restaurant terribly overpriced - you can eat better over the road for 1/4 of the price. It is a resort so no real local feel but accommodation was lovely, spacious and clean.
