スタッフの対応はよく、夕食朝食バイキングも料理の種類も豊富でした。 ただ展望風呂は脱衣場が狭く、洗い場も3ヶ所しかない為、裸のまま順番を待つことになりとても残念。地下の大浴場は快適だった。

禁煙は、仕方ないのだが、喫煙所が全て屋外で灰皿があるだけ、椅子もなし、夜は暗いし。寒かった。ちょっとひどい。

1. 온천을 호텔 내에서 즐길 수 있습니다. 2. 조식시간을 착각해서 일찍 입장하려하니, 종업원이 불친절하게 내보내서 불쾌했습니다. 아무리 조식시간이 아닌 시간에 입장했지만 친절하게 안내해야합니다. 조식먹는 내내 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 3. 게로역까지 차가 없으면 걸어서 35분 걸립니다.

Hotel is very nice and more reasonably priced price than other Gero hotels with comparable amenities. A lovely buffet breakfast is included. Staff do not speak any English.
