Stayed with kids

Everything was great. The breakfast buffet was elite and complimentary. Also free spa. Locate at Man Thai beach, the only beach allowed kayak and paddle board.

From the start to the departure, we were treated superbly. The whole four night say was excellent and the only downside was the hotel is situated approximately 3.5km from the main entertainment area. Didn’t bother us but may others.

Towels in the room slightly thin. Bathrobe was to small. Not enough light regarding the safety deposits box. Hard to close the sliding door going onto the balcony. The bedroom walls could be cleaned.

Wonderful hotel and stay, completed an amazing trip to Vietnam. Really friendly and helpful staff. However two particular issues for us: laundry machine in our really sucked. I don't know if it washed our clothes at all and definitely didn't dry them. Not a deal breaker, but make sure to get clear instructions from the staff on how to use it and try to use it early on in your trip to know if it works or not. Otherwise you'll end up rush drying on your balcony to avoid packing wet clothes in your bags when you check out. The other issue for us was trying to navigate around the hotel's breakfast that had so many items made with pork, which we cannot eat. It was too the point that we couldn't eat the breakfast other than boiled eggs and fruits. I get it, it's the way of the land that we chose to visit, but it would've been nice for the hotel to be sensitive about this restriction for some guests. Aside from these issues, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Danang.

The accommodation was brilliant, with all amenities of a very high standard. All of the staff went above and beyond and really added to our stay and it was a pleasure seeing them every day. The food and beverages at breakfast and the roof top bar were very good, with lots of variety. The views from the hotel and infinity pool were fantastic. We would definitely recommend Le Sands.

My 4 night stay with friends was amazing! Buffet breakfast had endless options, room was clean and staff were friendly and courteous. Front desk staff Jenny helped us with our local tours and transportation. I will recommend your hotel to my friends who will be visiting Da Nang.

Good
Cons: Breakfast is very basic, juices watered down. Location is next to construction site. No beach to speak off, pool had 10 beds overall for the whole building.Not the best part of the town to stay. Pros: Ocean view from the balcony with comfy chairs, staff is very attentive. Solid 3 stars but will not stay there again.
