• Occupancy & Registration: Government-issued photo ID/passport is required at check-in. Under Japanese law, all guests—including infants—count toward total room capacity. Your reservation must match your exact group size prior to arrival; unregistered guests cannot be accommodated.

• Payment Policy: Cashless property. Payments are accepted via credit cards only (cash is not accepted).

• Housekeeping & Trash: Rooms are cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided automatically. Full trash bags can be disposed of anytime in the 1FL trash area. For stays of 21 nights or more, complimentary cleaning is provided every 7 nights.

• House Rules: Onsite parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Safety Features: Equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, a security system, first aid kits, and outdoor lighting.
