FantasticSolo stay
I'm from California, I stayed at this hotel to go to the World Cup, a very quiet place although it seems dangerous because of the rustic atmosphere and the section 8 apartments that are on the way to the hotel. Travel by subway which is the cheapest and takes 20 minutes to get to Times Square and at night I arrive at 4 a.m. at the hotel and super quiet, as I said before it seems to be dangerous. Everything very well with the reception and the room very clean and no noise in the other rooms, I would stay in that hotel again if I went back to New York.

The property was a six minute walk to nearest metro which was perfect for getting to and back from events i had planned as it was all on the one line. Everyday i would come back and really well cleaned and maintained.

Good hotel for the price. No gym, ice machine barely had ice, no business center (that I noticed), and the area is next to Queensbridge (public low income housing). No breakfast or dining area with food, but that’s probably good because it keeps it from being a homeless shelter, like how apparently most NYC hotels area.
If you have slightly more money, may want to go to a hotel with a gym & business center if you’re here to get work done & exercise in between.
