Great
Breakfast included was nothing special. You couldn't turn the toilet light on during the night as you had to turn the room light on first. It was clean and had fancy shower 😁 Overall was good.

Everything was perfect!! The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower awesome!!! At checkout we were able to lock our luggage in a locker, when for a small visit to the shrine and came back to pick up our luggage and go to the station. Stayed with kids

We love this hotel, Staff are very helpful. We are able to check in early and store our luggages for couple of hours after check out. Rooms are clean and free toiletries and water bottles everyday. Free mini breakfast. Just 2 mins walk to Nishiki Market and shopping. 3-5 minutes walk to bus and train stations.

Clean and comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Having a laundry is a helpful too. The only downside was that we did not enjoy the included breakfast, but it is still a bonus to have.

Great

Stayed with partner

Clean, modern, great value hotel. Friendly staff, handy light breakfast and great location 9/10 stay. Let down by lack of useability of the room space. No shelves, hanger, one small table- everything just ends up on the floor! But great showers, beds, super location- away from some main elements but to its advantage re shops and food
