Stayed with family

Functional hotel in a great location in Meguro. Basically across the street from multiple train/subway lines including Yamamote (loop) line. In the midst of great food and shopping options. Dated and well worn, but clean, hotel for a super reasonable rate. Kitty corner from Tonki's which is a great Tonkatsu restaurant and a really good yakitori location. CoCo Curry also steps away along with 3 konbinis and a 24/7 Don Quixote.

Ideal locale for those who want to be near Meguro train stations which is off the Yamamote line amongst others and near a plethora of wonderful restaurants. Naka Meguro and Shibuya and Shinjiku are only a few stops away. Hotel room is well used and worn and could use a refresh, but can't beat the price and location for a clean room and bathroom. Literally a handful of konbinis near by and across the street from a 24hr Don Quixote.

The location is very convenient which close to Meguro Station, there’s convenient stores and grocery stores nearby, hotel itself provides extra amenities to pick up at the reception area. Staff are friendly.

Although kind of a hidden entrance (3rd floor of the building it is located at) Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms well maintained and amenities working as they should. At least for me is a big plus that coffee is 24/7 totally complimentary plus they offer breakfast I think for an extra charge. Really close to Meguro JR Station.

Close to the station, staff was super attentive and was helpful speaking English. The room was very very dirty and old. It did the job but I would say at the price range there are many many other business hotel. The breakfast was not your standard Japanese breakfast but a STEAK and curry. Chair in the room had a cigarette burn hole. Found a cigarette butt by the desk.

The location is fantastic - 1 minute walk to Meguro Station and surrounded by convenient shopping and dining. The staff is friendly and professional. Wifi is strong only in the lobby area. Wifi in the room is very weak and useless. The room is clean but well worn - and needs upgrading.
