Stayed with family

The room was super noisy, I was anticipating it being somewhat noisy due to previous reviews however you can literally hear everything that happens in the hotel. The staff were super rude and unhelpful. The front desk clerk when I checked in was overly rude because I had sent a message stating that my flight had been cancelled however no one ever responded to me so I ended up taking an extra 12 hours to arrive. The breakfast was something else, the first morning at 715 there was nothing even tho we were told breakfast was 7am to 10am, the second morning there was 3 croissants, yogurt and juice. The staff member working was rude when I asked if they had anymore water for their water dispenser. But when other guests arrived shortly after me he brought out more food and made them coffee which I was never offered. The room it's self was somewhat clean, the bed sheet only fit half way across the bed, walls were dirty. We had done a shared bath which the bathroom was clean but the shower was super small and it took over 10 mins to get Luke warm water. Going into this reservation I didn't have my hopes set very high, I knew the price I was paying and anticipated it to not be great however it was worse then what I even expected. You have to leave your keys to your room at the front desk when you leave and pick them back up when you return.

Comfortable room equipped with everything needed for a few night stays , affordable with no amenities but breakfast included , if you need a room to stay this is the place if you don’t mind not having all the luxury that others offer .very secure and the staff was very helpful .

The rooms smelt terrible. One of the nosiest hotels I’ve stayed in non-stop hearing other peoples doors all night. There was no lift so had to carry all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We weren’t allowed to take our own keys out of the apartment which seemed strange. The breakfast that was included was a natural yoghurt pot and a crossaint

Well, after a booking cancelled of 4 hours off my arrival in Milan, this Hotel had spaces. I've paid over the odds but we didn't sleep in the street. The staff were aware off my late arrival and checked me in. The down side was the bathroom .Was separated from the room, but we did move on. Overall experience ok, could be better and could had been worse. The breakfast was basic. The location is ok given the transports around, underground, tram, buses. Thanks guys for everything

The place is not good. First day when my nephew took a shower; water get into the bathroom (we order room with private bathroom). Before they are able to move to another room; we have to use share bathroom; that bathroom is dirty. When they moved us to the second floor with private bath room; the bathroom has broken faucet. It still function but you have to hold it if you want to turn it on. It take time to have hot water. The only good about this place is near metro station. About 6-8 minutes walking.

The place was so nasty, where do I start…the drain was clogged in the shower. When we opened the bed sheets it had a pubic hair, the place needs a good cleaning.

I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). Even though I showed the invoice, he reacted in a very aggressive was saying "this is not true" and called me LIAR. I told him that to call a liar is a complete lack of respect and I asked for an apology, he stand up and approach to me showing that he was going to hit me, he said “I will never apologize” and said that he had a Master degree. If a person with Master degree treat his customer, with no reason, he must have some problem. I am so confused of his reaction because I gave him the 20 Euros, to pay the tax, in his hands then, there was no way of a misunderstanding. He said that he had no balance (the tax was 3 Euros) and aggressively asked me exactly the 3 Euros.
