The hotel is very near to train station.We were family of four that stayed in the hotel, rooms were spacious. Few cons- no full length mirror to get ready, no iron, no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

We were sent to a different hotel, that was supposedly a four star hotel, since there was a problem with our room. The room had a bathtub that you could break your neck getting into ( no shower).. The room did not have any coffee or tea supplies and was very strange - painted black, including the bathroom. The room also had a ladder ( very peculiar). It also lacked ammenities , like Kleenex. Very disappointing experience. We also had to pay 6 more euros for the city tax for a 1 night stay for 2 people.

Very clean room and bedsheets, though the room had a light cigarette smell and only 2 pillows were provided. Excellent location right by the train station, with great restaurants and a coffee shop around the corner that serves amazing cappuccinos and pastries. Stayed 2 nights.

I like the central location close to the Milano Centrale terminal , the hotel is very nice, rooms are clean but when we arrived we were 3 in the room and there was only 1 towel witch I requested immediately at the check in and when we return to the hotel at night I have to do it again because never brought the towels, also the AC was not working property they say it was but was not, so it was a little hot in the room, we stay only one night

Basic hotel if you just need a place to sleep close to the train station. We had a king size bed which was a plus while in Europe. Our room was on the 4th floor and although there is traffic on the main street, it was relatively quiet at night. AC worked fine. Overall, a good stay. PS. They allowed us to check in early (noon) which was great after a long train ride!

AC is NOT working. It gives hot air only while it is supposed to cool down the air. So very hot and stuffy for the whole day and night. Power supply is NOT stable. The light in the room went out frequently. Called the staff, but not repair it. The hotel infrastructure is poor overall.
