Stayed with friends

Excellent location easy walking access to shops, public transport, attractions The staff were always friendly and answered all my questions well. The room was very comfortable, I had a lovely view of the cathedral and gardens . The view from the roof was amazing The cleaning staff were amazing, always said hello and had a chat. The lifts were prompt when called I’d definitely recommend this hotel

Although in our 80s and with mobility disabilities we had to negotiate 13 flights of stairs during a fire with no assistance from the hotel.
