The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The room is a little bit cold even turned on the heating. The hair dryer was broken after using only for one min but the staff at the reception found us a new one. The overall price and the room is good and affordable in Syndney CBD. It is better to have a microwave oven in the room or at the reception.

Poor accomodation for the price. No iron. Building vibrates from either train station or traffic. Upgraded to an atrium room, which was basically an internal light well. Poor safety, floor accessible without room key. Dirty.

Easy check in, nice room and comfortable bed, pressure in shower could have been better and the AC didn’t work the second night I stayed but wasn’t too inconvenient, all in all was good hotel and nice central location about 15 minute walk to opera house

Great location. Clean room. Plenty of PowerPoint's in useful places. Could do with more black tea bags, sugar and milk and an alarm clock. Otherwise a great place to stay.
