I don’t know how this got 4 stars in Expedia it was gross, extremely old and worn, semi-clean, except for the damp facecloth still left on the bedside table with a yellow mark on it when I arrived…. Dark, unpleasant, couldn’t wait to sleep and wake up and leave

Easy access from the street during the daytime, however i think it would be more secure if the passenger lift access to upper level rooms was by a 'security swipe card'

Fantastic
I always stay here when I come to Sydney. It is no frills but centrally located in the CBD and you can do wash free if you have a long stay. The staff is helpful and it simply works as a simple place to stay.

Great
We often stay at the MegaBoom. We find it reasonable for price, size and location. The staff are always helpful and friendly. One difficulty we experienced this time around was the detection of a residue of laundry detergent in the bedding. This may not be a problem for some but I have an hypersensitivity to such products and react with headaches, dizziness and respiratory congestion. Perhaps the use of less product when washing and or better rinsing of same may help to alleviate this problem. Thank you for your attention to this. Ciao. Matthew and Aveen
