接客は良いが、エアコンのホコリや風呂場の鏡の縁の腐食など部屋がダメ。外は風俗店の呼び込みがいて治安もいまいち。タオルは追加が有料。廊下はベランダを改造したもので、避難はしごがならんでいてガタガタ。となりの音も筒抜け。
