本厚木駅から大通りを一本道でゆっくり徒歩で５分とアクセス最高でした。 7月18日(土)めっちゃ暑かったので駅近は助かりました。 チェックインは自動機ですがスタッフの方が直ぐ側にいらして対応していただけたしエレベーターもルームキーをタッチさせて乗り込むので初めてでも安心感がMAXでした。 部屋着やアメニティはフロントから各自で持ち込む方式なので忘れずに。 部屋の中は可もなく不可もなく無難でした。wi-fiも直ぐ登録して問題無しです。一番助かったのは朝食が無料で付いていることですが正直余り期待していませんでした。蓋を開けたら期待を裏切る内容にビックリしました。バイキングで和洋中３０種類位。最後にカレーで占めました。美味しかったです。ネット予約だったからかチェックアウトも自動機にカードキーを差し込むだけ！いつもチェックアウトに時間がかかるので楽チンでした。東急INNは初めて利用しましたがこれからは使う頻度が増えそうです。

I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.
