Excellent place to stay, would’ve been five stars except if you are a guest and not on the breakfast included plan with the hotel they don’t allow you into the restaurant area till after 10 AM, I just wanted to use the espresso cappuccino machine that was available to all guests. The tokens for the self serve bar for beer & wine is an excellent idea. Would stay with them again.

They have a good variety of food selection for their breakfast buffet. The dining room is clean and well organized. Staff is welcoming and helpful. One of their amenities I found helpful was their laundry on the the 13th floor. They also have a vending machine, microwave and ice machine available on one of the floors. The two bed room we got was decently sized, not too crowded.

The hotel was spotless and amazing. Down a small quiet street. But less than a block you’re right in the thick of shopping and eateries. You can just go east and west and you’ll be able to find so many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient spot for tourists to walk around. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. A nice hotel to stay!

Everything was good in the hotel besides the beds. Gave back problems after sleeping. Using the laundry was not too bad but be careful of how many clothes you put in or it will not be fully dry. The public bath is nice and the cleaning service was great.

Hotel rooms were good size and had good selection of amenities. Only complaint really was laundry was always full during our 4 night stay so did laundry at 2am. Room did have a clothes line and dehumidifiers which helped for handwashing items. Room came with drink tokens each night if you want a glass of wine. Hotel had luggage shipping and delivery that was very easy and it was well located to shopping and transport

A very nice hotel, no complaints. They won't let you check in before 1.30, even if your room is ready. I got there at 1.15, they literally made me wait 15 mins so I could check in at 1.30 pm. A bit odd, but very nice hotel.
