チェックインの連絡がなく電話での対応をする事になった。また、鍵の立て付けが悪いと言われ部屋に入るまでに40分ほどかかった。 事前連絡や鍵の交換など早急に改善をお願いしたいと思いました。 洗濯機の裏に落とし物してしまったのですが、その際、忘れ物の女性の下着やタオル、歯ブラシが落ちていました。しばらく清掃されていないなと思うほど埃も溜まっていました。

駐車場は思ってたよりも狭く、車が停まっていたら駐車しづらいかな？なので一度駐車したらなるべく後は車を使わずに近場で食事できるように予定をくんだ。 部屋に入ってからのタブレットの使い勝手がイマイチ分からなくて、戸惑いあったけど、カスタマーセンターに問い合わせたらすぐ対応してくれて、解決できたので良かったです。 2泊しましたが、夜も静かで快適に過ごせました。
