Chambre est bien et propre. Le staff est courtois. Déjeuner servi exactement à l'heure demandée, et bon. Le service internet est très inégal, il se déconnecte régulièrement.

Room & facilities are clean

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. The room was tidy and the staff was polite and helpful during the stay. One thing to note is transportation: there are very few taxis available in the area and Grab does not operate here, so getting around usually requires using tricycles. If you know how to manage locally, most necessities are easy to find. There is a large local market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as shops and food options nearby. Overall a pleasant stay, but the price felt a bit high for what is offered. Better value for money would improve the experience.

Great vslue clean hotel in centre of city

Clean and safe

Price was good, but the executive room had a broken toilet seat, and balcony door that was about to fall open which allowed lots of street exhaust into the room and no access to the balcony. Plus lots of extra rules and fees not mentioned on the website during booking. We booked 1 week and only stayed 1 night giving up the money paid for the rest of the days there. Staff was really nice, and was the best part of our limited stay there.

Location is good and staff is great.

Overall stay was good. The downside was having kids screaming at 4am and running around. Please enforce a no noise policy to your customers.
