We seeked help from front desk that we only brought USB to type C cable for phone charging and wanna borrow the adaptor for USB, we were told that hotel doesn’t have. We went to nearby 7-11 and could not find it, then asked if anything hotel can help us.. we were told that another 7-11 should have it, then we went out again and bought it.. turned out we found that actually one bed have the USB port at the wall, wish the front desk could really help customer solving problem and communicate more with customer.. they could definitely see how panic we were when our phone batteries almost 0
