Good Hotel and Rooms are big. Only Front desk is very unhelpful during checking and take 30Min to checkin. Room service for simple things are very slow. If u need a plate it take 40-45Min to get to your room. We stayed 8 Days 2Bed room Suites . First 4 Days was excellent and later 4 days was horrible. Left our phone in room but where helpful to return after we left Thailand. Otherthan Front desk Checkin everyhting is 10/10

Stayed with kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right above 2 huge malls the emporium and emquartier and the Phrom Phong BTS station. The staff from the front desk, bellman, doorman, room service and housekeeping was awesome and very professional. The buffet located on 7th floor was great with lots of options from Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Western selections and very spacious with lots of windows to enjoy the city view. We’ll stay in this hotel again when we’re back in Bangkok.

Everything was excellent. Staff, location, amenities. The front desk staff is so wonderful. Our washer didn’t work and they replaced it with a new one. Housekeeping is so nice. It’s attached to the mall in case it rains or it’s hot. We travelled with a small child so this was perfect. There’s a bridge walkway to emsphere, emquartier and emporium mall. All the Chatrium hotels are wonderful but we will be coming back to this one.

Fantastic
Room was spacious for myself and my 2 daughters. All the staff from the front desk, bellman, housekeeping and room service staff are all very helpful, kind and professional. The buffet is excellent with lots of different selections of foods. The location is very convenient, connected to 2 big malls emporium and emquartier and BTS station is downstairs.

Good choice at breakfast great omelette chef, room large, tidy well appointed other than no cleaning towels etc in kitchen and minimal utensils, but was OK for Us. Great location for shopping BTS access and entertainment

This hotel is masquerading as a 4Star facility at a 5Star location. No privileges given being platinum vip at this hotel. Front desk wanted to charge for shower only bathroom even though I was paying for king deluxe. Room was very outdated and poorly cleaned. Toilet, sink, bathtub in need of replacement and flooring was buckling. Living room countertop unhinged and refrigerator was not clean. Stay at adjacent Hilton or Skyveiw Suites. I was lucky that I only had 3 days in the hotel.
