Unfortunately the start of our five night day was met with a receptionist who is a bit cranky. This put my wife and I back a bit. Since we are early we decided to have a cup of coffee at their barista and were met with another person that wasn't so happy either. Needless to say they lost our business to two of the Starbucks located in other establishments

We had a great experience! The room was spacious, clean, and had no unpleasant smell. I was also pleasantly surprised that guests could use the refrigerator without any extra charge.

The Horseshoe was terribly understaffed. There was one person checking in guests and one person checking out guests with a long line both times. There was also one person at the cash cage and the services at the restaurants overall was poor. The staff was overall nice. But no one acknowledged the lack of staff or slow service.
