Solo stay

This is my favorite hotel. When I’m in LV- bi-weekly for work. The staff makes the experience so calm & they always try to grab the great rooms, I can’t complain. I gave 4 stars because 1. No full size mirrors at a hotel that encourages us to dress up & use the all of the clothes we just bought @ miracle mile. 2. THE POOL NOISE Why they play rave music allllllll day long. 10-5. I love music- I don’t like pounding EDM. BRING ear plugs. 3. A tip. If you’re using your car while you stay- Tip your Valet driver. add a 20$ & your car is parked right up front! This entire staff is probably one of my top 5. Good food. Staff that remembers you & cares. Great food & ease of access to the bell hops as soon as you arrive :)

I was only there for a night for a concert, so my experience is limited. I will say that th3 bathrooms need some cleaning work. The fixtures in the bathroom was dirty around the bottom and both spun uncontrollably when turned on.

Staff don’t know what they’re doing. We booked a king room, they gave us a queen bed for our anniversary trip. We had to chase down for 2 days to get and ask for a new room. They offered us $40 which was never added to the account or honored as inconvenience.

Cleanest room and bath room! Though check in line was long it moved along at a good pace when more staff was added. At map of the property would've been very helpful. Though I didn't use it, I loved the soaker tub and the large bathroom. Also our room was almost noise proof.
