We stayed at this hotel the other day, and it was the worst experience we have ever had. The price was relatively cheap, but I would not recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was an absolute nightmare. The person at reception had no common sense or basic respect when dealing with guests. We forgot something very important in the hotel room, so we called several times. We rang four times, but the receptionist kept hanging up on us. It was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I have never dealt with someone like that before. The issue was not just the hotel itself, but the way the staff treated people. I felt disgusted by how poorly the situation was handled. To be honest, the hotel was terrible. You cannot expect much: it was run-down, smelly, not warm at all, and not clean. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Please pay $20 or $30 more and choose one of the many better options in Otomo. Do not stay at this hotel. The location is good, but the hotel itself is awfu

The room was large 66 square meters, warm, equipped well. It’s in front of Rotorua lake, close to the Government House. We dipped in the spa pool that was barely able to stay in as the temperature wasn’t hot enough. So does hot pool. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We will use this motel again.

I had a comfortable bed and a great shower. There was cooking facilities available and a microwave. It is a bit tired but right in town and a good location on a quiet street. Also well priced and spacious room.
