I love the bathroom amenities, L’Occitane. It’s not just the toiletries, they provide daytime and night to skin care everyday, too They also provided pajamas and replaced what was worn daily. I also enjoyed the bidet. The only thing that could have been improved is the mattress, they were too firm. I also loved the club lounge. The breakfast and dinner options at the lounge were delicious. We felt spoiled at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand. I didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location. Close enough to Shinjuku train station that it was an easy walk to get there (maybe 5-10 minutes), far enough away that it was a little quieter and more peaceful.

The entire staff on the Concierge staff were very helpful and friendly! We were able to understand even though we don’t speak Japanese! Our room was gorgeous on 36th floor and we loved our breakfasts and snacks in 45th floor. All servers were excellent!
