For business

Great location in Union Square - easy walking distance to shopping, food, BART, and other transportation options. Also had good restaurant on-site, pricing probably appropriate for the area - seemed a smidge high for both parking and on-site restaurant but hotel registration staff were outstanding. Room was perfect.

One of the worst Hilton hotels, find another place. Listing a few things; No free internet in 2026. Terrible parking situation. No water in the rooms on check in. Staff didn’t want to work, ignored folks waiting in the line and kept helping out of order. Rude valet workers, no wait and de-board easily. Horrible city views. Shower leaked. Paper thin towels. Horrible prices for snacks and water, scam overall.
