The aircon is the the room wasn't cooling, The reception collected RM10 as Tourism Tax without provision of official receipt. The hotel asked for cash for security Deposit, do not accept credit card

Upon entering the lobby we were hit by a strong urine smell. Check in was fast, so we could escape the smell quickly. The floor in my room doesn’t seem to be cleaned properly because it felt a bit sticky, and no slippers were provided.
